Reach the ESA Letter TX team
Support runs through three channels: email, on-site chat and the online scheduler. We don't staff a phone line or a storefront, since every evaluation takes place remotely between you and a licensed clinician.
- Booking is free, and you pay $129 only if a letter is issued
- Signed PDF letter, usually the same day
- Licensed clinicians, license number on every letter

Ways to reach us
Live chat
Questions before you book? Chat with our support team.
We are not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988; in an emergency call 911.
Email support
support@esalettertx.com handles order status, letter fixes, billing, privacy requests and questions that come up after you hand your letter to a landlord. Choose email whenever you want a written record of the answer.
- Write from the inbox you used when scheduling so we can find your file.
- Put the request up top, for example "new rental address" or "resend my letter."
- Skip diagnoses, card numbers and Social Security numbers. Support never needs them.
Live chat
The chat bubble is the quickest route for general questions, such as how three animals are priced or how a dorm letter differs from an apartment one. If your question involves personal health details, we'll move it to email or your patient portal.
Scheduling your evaluation
There's no need to message us before you book. The scheduler lists open slots and confirms which clinician can see a patient located in Texas. Reserving a slot is free; the fee is charged only once a letter is written.
Already have an appointment? Your confirmation email links to the patient portal, where you can sign in, move your time or cancel.
What support staff can't do
Our team can't predict whether you'll be approved; that decision happens during the visit. We also can't act as your lawyer in a disagreement with a property manager. If you think a Texas housing provider discriminated against you, the Texas Workforce Commission's Civil Rights Division accepts complaints, and its filing window is one year from the incident.
Urgent help
Nobody watches our inbox for emergencies. When you feel unsafe or are considering self-harm, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline answers around the clock by phone call or text at 988. For a life-threatening situation, dial 911.
Common questions
Can I talk to someone by phone?
Support is handled in writing through email and chat. The only phone contact is your evaluation, if you pick a phone visit instead of video.
Is there a physical location?
No. ESA Letter TX is an online-only service with no in-person appointments.
My letter has a mistake. What do I do?
Email support@esalettertx.com using your booking inbox and tell us exactly what needs changing, whether it's a name spelling, the rental address or the number of animals.
Will you talk to my landlord?
Not without your written permission. A property manager can confirm the signer's license with the state board shown on the letter.
How can I move or cancel my appointment?
Open the link in your confirmation email or sign in to the patient portal. If that fails, email us and mention your appointment time.
How do I make a privacy request?
Email support@esalettertx.com and mark the subject "Privacy." Our privacy policy lists the requests you can make.
