Common questions
Is there a fee to reserve a time?
No. Holding an appointment is free. You're billed only after the clinician decides to issue a letter.
Should I choose phone or video?
Either works, and the clinician makes the same kind of decision with both. Pick whatever feels more comfortable and is more reliable where you'll be.
What happens if the clinician doesn't issue a letter?
Then there's no charge at all. Your clinician might point you toward a different kind of help that suits you better.
How will I receive my letter?
When a letter is issued, it arrives as a signed PDF, usually the same day. Save a copy in more than one place so it's easy to share when you need it.
